  • Our team recently visited a client and discovered mould starting to build up on one of the windows. They took immediate action to ensure the client’s home was both safe and comfortable. Every member pitched in, carefully removing the mould from the windows and restoring a space where the client could once again feel at ease.
  • Our team went to support a client with dementia who occasionally wanders from home unexpectedly. To help ensure their safety, we distributed leaflets with contact information to local shops. In the rare event that they go missing, this allows us to respond quickly, ensuring the client’s well-being and providing peace of mind.

    These thoughtful actions, though small, reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring the well-being of those we care for, putting their safety and comfort at the forefront of everything we do.
